We will get hands-on with building agents, tools, multi-agent system orchestration, agentic performance evaluation and deployment in the real world. You will gain practical skills to design, build and orchestrate AI agents using CrewAI, opening up new business and career opportunities in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

10:10 AM – Introduction to AI Agents, Applications and Key Terms

Understand what AI agents are, how they differ from traditional software and where they are used from customer service bots to intelligent copilots.

10:30 AM – Introduction to NLP, LLMs and RAG

Learn the foundational technologies behind AI agents: Natural Language Processing, Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

10:45 AM – Introduction to CrewAI

Get familiar with CrewAI, an open-source framework to build and orchestrate multi-agent systems. Understand its components, use cases and architecture.

11:00 AM – Hands-on: Creating a Simple CrewAI Agent

Build your first AI agent using CrewAI. Learn how to define its goal, tasks and role using just Python and configuration files.

11:30 AM – Hands-on: Tools Deep Dive and Equipping the Agent with Different Types of Tools

Explore how to equip your agent with tools like search, code execution or database access to enhance its capabilities.

1:00 PM – Hands-on: Structuring a Multi-Agent System – Communication and Orchestration

Learn how agents can talk to each other, collaborate on tasks and be orchestrated to solve complex workflows.

2:00 PM – Hands-on: Memory Management for a Multi-Agent System

Understand how to integrate memory into agents: short term and long term, so they can recall past interactions and make context-aware decisions.

2:30 PM – Hands-on: Agent Evaluation and Performance Metrics

Discover how to test and evaluate agents systematically using success metrics, response quality, task completion and runtime.

3:15 PM – Deployment Considerations and Best Practices

Learn the practical steps to take your agent from prototype to production—security, scaling, logging, monitoring and ethical guidelines.

4:00 PM – Networking Over Tea and Certificate Distribution

Wrap up with refreshments, connect with peers and mentors and receive your certificate of participation.

Shubham Sharma

Founder & CEO, SunitechAI

Shubham has 9+ years of experience in Data Science and is currently building SunitechAI, which is an AI-powered upskilling platform. He offers consulting to companies on a variety of Data Science problems and has developed internal tools for Anomaly Detection & Classification for a variety of datasets in AWS for Quickbase, Boston, USA. He mentors and advises working professionals on the latest data science tools and technologies, moderates live sessions from MIT Professors (Cambridge, MA, USA), and provides advice on business problems as a Guest Mentor. He has done Masters in Data Science from SUNY Buffalo, New York, USA, holds a B.Tech in Petroleum Engineering from IIT(ISM) Dhanbad and has worked in the Data Science team at Baker Hughes (a global oil and gas service company).
