We are not obligated to issue refunds in cases such as:

- Extension or delay in the course timeline
- Missed sessions or failure to attend
- Adjustments in content or format of the program
3. Exceptional Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is granted in exceptional cases, it will be processed within 10–12 business days. The refunded amount may be returned as:
- A monetary refund or
- A course credit of equal value (for future programs)
The decision on the refund method will be made by SunitechAI and will be final.
